Experience Range : 8 years and above **Role Summary ** * Estimate project scope, manage timelines and team deliverables, and provide regular management updates. * Mentor team members in coding best practices and review code quality to ensure consistency and high standards in software design and implementation. * Take ownership and be hands-on from idea through to production, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders as needed. * Contribute to setting technology standards, ensuring cross-product technical alignment and compliance. * Stay current with emerging technologies to foster innovation within the company. **Ideal Candidate ** * Passionate about coding and exploring the latest technologies to develop innovative proof of concepts. * Skilled in building highly scalable, secure enterprise applications, web services, mobile apps, and web portals with user-friendly intuitive designs. * Lead and motivate the technical team, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. * Develop team members' technical skills, guide project workflows, and support individual growth within the team * Strong technical foundation in both client and server-side programming, enabling the development of secure, data-driven systems, scalable APIs (web and microservices), and seamless partner integrations. * Hands-on experience with financial services or lending technology, preferably within MFIs, NBFCs, banks, or a fintech startup environment. * Experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including both internal and external clients, IT vendors, and data providers. * Demonstrates a strong work ethic, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills. * Holds a degree from a top educational institution. **Desired Technical Skills ** * Application Framework - Java (8+), Scala, Spring, Play, Spring Boot, Slick, Lagom, Multithreading and concurrency * Front End : Angular, Typescript, Bootstrap, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS * Mobile Platforms : React Native * Database : PostgreSQL, MongoDB * Architecture : Service Oriented Architecture, Micro Services Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, MVC Architecture, Restful Service Architecture * Application Design : Object Oriented Design Principle, Solid Design Principles, GOF Design Patterns, JEE Design Pattern & Integration Design Pattern. * Configuration Management - GIT * Build - SBT, Maven, Gradle (ref:hirist.tech)
