Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Loan Counsellor-Study Abroad. The Loan Counsellor will assist students in understanding and securing education loans for studying abroad. On a daily basis, responsibilities include assessing loan eligibility, guiding clients through loan application processes, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining loan records, and collaborating with financial institutions. Additionally, the role will involve supporting marketing and sales efforts to promote loan services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Loan Servicing and processes related to Loans
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client communication
- Solid understanding of Finance and budgeting solutions
- Experience in Sales and promoting financial services
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Familiarity with educational finance and study abroad processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
