Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Coordinator to manage the end-to-end loan process for our clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating with banks/financial institutions, following up with clients, and ensuring smooth loan disbursal within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete loan processing cycle from application to disbursal
- Collect, verify, and manage client documentation
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding loan status
- Ensure timely submission of required documents and compliance
- Track loan applications and update records accurately
- Resolve client queries related to loan processing
- Work closely with the sales and operations team for smooth coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of loan processes and banking documentation preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously
