Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Consultant. The Loan Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, evaluating financial needs, and recommending suitable loan products. The role involves providing customer service, explaining terms, addressing inquiries, preparing documentation, and working to meet individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Loans and Financial Services
- Finance expertise and the ability to evaluate and recommend financial solutions
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a finance or loan-related role is a plus
