Position: Loan Consultant
📍 Location: Pune (On-site)
What We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced professionals who have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing:
- 🏠 Home Loans (HL)
- 🏢 Loan Against Property (LAP)
- 💼 Business Loans (BL)
- 💳 Personal Loans (PL)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through self-sourcing, referrals, connectors, builders, CA network, and market relationships.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable lending solutions.
- Coordinate with multiple banks and NBFCs for quick loan processing.
- Collect and verify customer documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly business targets while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
✅ Experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services
✅ Strong market sourcing and relationship-building skills
✅ Good understanding of loan products and eligibility norms
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales
