Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Loan Closer role located in Bengaluru. The Loan Closer will handle tasks related to the preparation and execution of loan closing documents, coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan closings, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Loan Closer will verify the accuracy of loan documentation and oversee funding processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Loan Closings and Closings processes
- Knowledge of Loans and Funding procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and efficiency
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards is an advantage
- Experience in the US mortgage Closing Process
