Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Loan Advisor role based in Jodhpur. The Loan Advisor will guide clients through loan processes by understanding their financial requirements, recommending suitable loan products, and ensuring a seamless borrowing experience. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, communicating loan options effectively, assisting with documentation, and managing the loan application process from initiation to disbursement. The candidate will work closely with both clients and financial institutions to ensure efficient underwriting and compliance with lending guidelines.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Loans and Underwriting processes
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Foundational understanding of Finance principles
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and financial institutions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and technology is an advantage
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
