Loading & Unloading Supervisor – Job Description
Position: Loading & Unloading Supervisor
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Salary Offered: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily loading and unloading operations efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling, movement, and placement of materials and goods.
- Coordinate vehicle loading schedules and unloading activities.
- Monitor labor staff and maintain productivity during operations.
- Ensure materials are loaded and unloaded safely without damage.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse, store, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and handling tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading/unloading areas.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in loading/unloading supervision or warehouse operations.
- Ability to manage workers and daily material handling activities.
- Knowledge of material handling and dispatch processes.
- Basic understanding of documentation and reporting.
- Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Leadership and workforce management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines.
- Experience in factory, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred.
SALARIES
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
