<div>Job Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.</li>
<li>Oversee budgeting processes, providing accurate forecasting to guide organizational spending and investments.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Provide Part Time CFO support to select clients as needed or requested.</li>
<li>Identify financial risks and implement controls to protect the company’s assets and reputation.</li>
<li>High level preparation & review of client financials to ensure readiness of tax preparation; if needed</li>
<li>Assist with various tasks when required including preparing/filing/assisting with filing of: SOIs, 1099s, City of LA, WC & Liab audits, State SOS Renewals</li>
<li>Manage capital raising, debt financing, and investor relations to support growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Streamline financial operations and reporting systems for maximum efficiency.</li>
<li>Lead investment strategies to optimize returns and support long-term financial goals.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining a strong internal control environment.</li>
<li>Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.</li>
<li>Present financial results and insights to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).</li>
<li>At least 15 years of progressive financial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an executive finance role.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, investment strategies, and capital markets.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing financial compliance and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop and implement successful financial strategies in alignment with business goals.</li>
<li>Extensive background in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.</li>
<li>Experience working closely with executive teams and Boards of Directors.</li>
<li>Track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams.</li>
