Role Description
This is an internship role for an LMS Instructor - Tech position at Syncify Edutech Solutions. The LMS Instructor will be responsible for conducting trainings, supporting LMS implementation, helping end-users, managing platform configurations, and preparing training materials. The position is hybrid and based in Thiruvananthapuram, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) architecture, configurations, features, and technical setup
- Proficiency in providing technical training, preparing instructional materials, and guiding users in practical LMS applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and administrators
- Ability to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Basic understanding of educational technology tools and trends in digital learning platforms
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with any programming language or previous exposure to related platforms is a plus but not mandatory
