Job Description
We are seeking a Learning Administrator for a hybrid role in Bangalore.
The Learning Administrator is responsible for the effective day‑to‑day management of the Learning Management System (LMS). This role oversees content publishing, accurate audience assignments, assessment configuration, troubleshooting, testing and administration of the LMS. The administrator develops and maintains reports and queries for internal and external stakeholders, performs system testing, and troubleshoots both user and administrative issues. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of LMS capabilities to support user technical issues, the ability to collaborate with technical teams to communicate bugs or enhancement needs, and confidence in building and optimizing reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) to include basic troubleshooting and fixing user issues through answering questions and troubleshooting problems for end users by phone and email.
- Creates, revises and modifies learning activities in the LMS. Audits system data to ensure accuracy.
- Develops and documents processes or policies as needed to establish consistent use of the system including email templates, reports, dashboards, and rule-based workflows.
- Educates clients and end users on system capabilities.
- Establishes and assigns user roles and access. Manages training records, user permissions, and groups.
- Uploads, publishes, and tests e-Learning modules and other changes made to/within the LMS ensuring proper functionality, accurate audience assignment, and assessment scoring.
- Assists with the installation of system updates and upgrades within the LMS.
- Compiles and communicates performance metrics for online and classroom training courses in order to measure training effectiveness.
- Makes recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience.
- Communicates with LMS vendor to ensure system accessibility and technical standards
Important
- Prior LMS experience is must. Please list your specific LMS experience in your resume.
- This role requires to go to the office 3 days a week and alternate Friday's
- The primary support hours will be aligned with AP/CEMEA, from 11am to 7pm IST
