Support agile software development to enable continuous improvement within the team. Writing modular, clean, testable applications using design principles and patterns. Significantly contribute to the delivery of the Protection IFA offering. Contributing to levelling up how we design, build, and operate software at scale within the Bank through the wider engineering community. Technically mentoring and developing your colleagues, providing clear and constructive feedback through code reviews and design documents.
