LLM Model Developer focused on fine-tuning large language models with instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. The role involves improving model relevance and performance through collaboration, evaluation, and iterative training.
Role: LLM Model Developer
Location: Bengaluru office
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models
Qualification
- 15 years full time education
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune Large Language Models for specific contexts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve model relevance and performance
- Analyze model outputs and iterate on training processes
- Implement strategies to improve effectiveness in real-world scenarios
- Work with stakeholders to refine model performance
Additional Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
- Mentor junior team members
- Continuously evaluate and integrate feedback from stakeholders
