Your Opportunity
As an LLM Agent Engineer on BeGig, you’ll work on freelance projects focused on building, orchestrating, and deploying intelligent agents powered by large language models. You’ll help teams create agents that reason, plan, and take action across tools, workflows, and systems—without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop LLM-powered agents for complex task execution
- Implement agent planning, reasoning, and memory systems
- Integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, databases, and external services
- Build agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows
- Develop prompt strategies and guardrails for safe, reliable behavior
- Implement RAG pipelines and contextual retrieval
- Optimize agent performance, latency, and cost
- Monitor, debug, and improve agent behavior in production
- Deliver production-ready LLM agent systems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and agent-based systems
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent memory
- Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures
- Experience deploying LLM systems in production environments
- Ability to reason about system reliability, failure modes, and scalability
- A self-driven freelancer who can independently own and deliver agent projects
