</div><div>An LK Soccer Coach leads children ages <strong>18 months to 10 years old</strong> through a <strong>50-minute structured class</strong> focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families.<br><br>
</div><div>This role is ideal for <strong>committed high school students</strong>, <strong>college students, recent graduates, and adults</strong> looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Soccer experience is helpful, but <strong>not required</strong> — full training is provided.<br><br>

<strong>Lil’ Kickers (18 months–5 years):</strong> A nationally recognized child development program that uses soccer as a tool to build confidence, coordination, and social skills<br><br>

<strong>Skills Institute (5–10 years):</strong> A structured soccer training program focused on skill development and progression<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>

<li>Lead fun, structured 50-minute soccer classes<br><br>
</li>
<li>Set up and break down equipment before and after class<br><br>
</li>
<li>Communicate with families before and after sessions<br><br>

<li>Create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for kids<br><br>

<strong>Schedule & Commitment<br></strong><br>

<li>Classes run on <strong>consistent weekly schedules<br></strong><br>

<li>Most coaches work <strong>2–4 shifts per week<br></strong><br>

<li>Weekend availability is a plus<br><br>

<li>Best fit for candidates who can commit for <strong>multiple sessions</strong>, not just a few weeks<br><br>
