Reports to: Projects Leader

Internally this role is known as Projects reporting and CRM Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Reporting & Monitoring: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of CRM reports for Prescription sales activity.
• Tool Development: Create and enhance reporting tools using Excel/Sheets, Tableau, and Salesforce to support sales and finance teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the international team and BU Europe project manager to develop new reports.
• Sales Tools Management: Maintain and improve tools such as pricing tools, CCTP, and annual agreements.
• Additional Tasks: Monitor debit and credit notes, manage price increases, and report monthly information sheets.
• Business Support: Share responsibility for CRM data quality, define and monitor tactical actions, and develop sales for small customers/projects.
• KAM Support: Assist Key Account Managers with tender preparations, information sharing, and project monitoring.

• Continuous Improvement: Strong sense of improvement and adaptability.
• Team Player: Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work with diverse contacts.
• Sales Flair: Essential sales skills and understanding of prescription dynamics.
• Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Salesforce, BW, SAP, and Sheets.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French is essential.
