AI Full Stack Developer

Domain: Document Management & Automated Recruitment Tech Stack: React.js (Frontend), Node.js/Python (assumed backend), MongoDB, AWS (basic DevOps), GitHub, AI tooling (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain frontend features using React.js, ensuring responsive and accessible UI design. 2. Build and integrate REST APIs for document management and recruitment workflows. 3. Implement database queries, indexing, and aggregation for faster data retrieval in MongoDB. 4. Maintain version control through GitHub, handle branch management, and participate in code reviews. 5. Deploy and monitor applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and troubleshoot deployment issues. 6. Use AI tools like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot for coding, debugging, and documentation assistance. 7. Perform prompt engineering to automate workflows, generate recruitment templates, and improve process efficiency. 8. Collaborate with the team to analyze requirements, break down tasks, and track progress. 9. Debug issues from production, test solutions locally, and ensure stable releases. 10. Write and maintain documentation for features, APIs, and deployment processes. 11. Participate in daily stand-ups, provide status updates, and align with team priorities. 12. Ensure data security and compliance in document management and recruitment modules.
