Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Engage and qualify inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
Schedule & conduct product demos via Zoom/Google Meet
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
Follow up consistently to drive conversions
Maintain accurate CRM records
Achieve monthly revenue targets
Handle payment collection and track dues
Upsell/cross-sell relevant products
Share market/customer feedback with the team
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
1-2 years of experience mandatory.
Languages: English, Hindi or any other local languages
Own Laptop
