This role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure that all project components, timelines, and resources are aligned. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving team success and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: - Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Ensure the smooth execution of projects by coordinating internal resources and teams. - Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. Team Collaboration: - Act as a liaison between project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. - Facilitate communication between team members to ensure clarity on goals, responsibilities, and timelines. - Attend and contribute to team meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned on project status. Resource Management: - Track and manage resource allocation across different teams to ensure optimal utilization. - Help identify any resource gaps and assist in resolving them. Client Interaction: - Support client communication regarding project timelines, deliverables, and updates. - Assist with gathering client feedback and incorporating it into the project workflow. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and meeting notes. - Prepare and distribute reports on project progress to relevant stakeholders. Issue Resolution: - Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
