About the Role As a founding Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll start with having direct ownership of new AI initiatives driving LiveFlow's Go-To-Market strategy for CFOs. You'll own Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts to broaden LiveFlow's presence across conversational AI platforms, and ultimately, strengthen inbound demand from finance professionals. In this capacity, you'll be expected to deeply understand Financial Planning & Analysis, and develop content that informs prospects of the value LiveFlow delivers. What You Will Do - Develop a thorough understanding of LiveFlow's ICP and articulate how the platform solves for financial modeling use cases (e.g., Consolidation, Forecasting) - Secure the #1 spot for LiveFlow as gen AI's FP&A software of choice for mid-market finance teams using QuickBooks Online or Xero - Own the full cycle of content creation from identifying topics, composing articles/posts, and publishing on relevant channels - Analyze the performance of financial content, and make adjustments to improve search visibility and engagement rate (tracked by # of SQLs sourced) - Create reports to extract actionable metrics and inform decisions for content strategy - Identify key initiatives to expand your role (in AI or other strategic domains) by forming hypotheses, conducting analysis, and delivering executive-level proposals - Drive efforts across a broad range of teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Product) to problem-solve, build, and lead projects fueling LiveFlow's growth - Stay adaptable and open to new opportunities directly under our CEO and COO What We're Looking For - At least 1 year of working experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., investment banking, private equity, management consulting, early-stage startups - Excellent communication skills (prior copywriting experience isn't necessary, but the ability to synthesize ideas into clear, easy-to-follow language is required for this role) - Familiarity with sales and marketing campaigns, or the ability to learn - Comfort with ambiguity, and testing/failing/learning to solve blue sky problems quickly - Acumen to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in AI and Search - Strong Excel and Google Sheets knowledge (e.g., ability to INDEX/MATCH/MATCH)
