📍 Location: Remote
💰 Stipend: ₹7,000/month + ₹6,000 completion bonus (after 6 months) + certificate of completion
💼 Additional Benefit: 10% tax paid by the company
⏰ Working Hours: 9 hours/day (8 hours of work + 1-hour break)
🔄 Shifts: Rotational – Morning, Evening, and Night
📆 Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, calls, and emails, providing prompt and professional assistance
- Generate quotations, assist with payments, and ensure smooth order processing
- Assign orders to tutors, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Handle revisions promptly and manage dispute cases while maintaining high customer service standards
- Follow up on daily hot leads through calls and messages during shifts
Requirements:
- Must have a Windows laptop and a secure Wi-Fi connection
- Should be in the final semester of your course or have no attendance constraints to commit full-time for 6 months
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night)
