AI-Powered Live Music & Event Producer: Booking & Live Events
Full-time | Louder Studio, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
About Louder
Louder is a live events and entertainment company promoting art, music and culture. We work with artists, agents, venues and brands to create memorable live experiences and build audiences for creative talent, with events, tours and nightclub nights across India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and other international markets.
Role Overview
You'll identify, develop and secure talent, and run everything that turns a booking into a sold-out show, from first pitch to post-event settlement. At Louder, a producer doesn't do this with spreadsheets and phone calls alone. You'll run a team of AI agents. They research, get quotes, help book artists and production, plan travel, build budgets and keep every show on track. You stay in charge of the relationships, the judgment calls and the deal. If you don't use AI every day, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities, and how AI helps
Research & Talent
Research markets, cities and venues; map artists to the right audiences and evaluate profitability and market potential.
- Use AI research agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or similar) to analyse:
- each artist's past tours, ticket sales and pricing
- streaming and social growth
- where their audience lives
- what is already selling in each city
- Then build data-backed cases for which shows to do, where, when and at what price, including AI sales forecasts and break-even scenarios.
Track emerging talent, indie artists and pop-culture trends worth booking.
- Set up AI agents to watch charts, playlists, viral moments and indie scenes, and alert you to artists who are rising in our markets.
Analyse international markets, audience presence and other metrics to gauge opportunity.
- Use AI to compare cities and countries on audience size, diaspora population, competing events, venue costs and ticket prices, and to monitor competitor line-ups so we avoid clashes and find gaps.
Booking & Deal-Making
Pitch concepts and opportunities to artists, agents and creative teams.
- Use AI to find the right agent and manager contacts, draft personalised offers and pitch decks, translate for international agents, and follow up automatically.
Support artist negotiations, review contract notes and capture negotiation details.
- Use AI to summarise and compare contracts and riders, flag risky or unusual clauses, and keep a log of every deal term. AI meeting notetakers capture every call.
Secure venue availability and backup holds; negotiate booking terms with venues.
- Use AI to shortlist venues by capacity, cost, location and past events, send availability requests to many venues at once, and track holds and deadlines.
Coordinate key sales points and rider requirements for artists.
- Use AI to read tech and hospitality riders and turn them into checklists and vendor briefs, and to source local options for hospitality and F&B in each city.
Book diverse, credible line-ups that maximise ticket sales.
- Use AI to test line-up combinations against audience overlap and sales data, and to find support acts that fit.
Touring & Show Planning
Draft event business plans and marketing plans.
- Have AI produce first drafts from our templates and market research, then refine them.
Build itineraries, routing plans and touring strategies; manage event calendars and capacities.
- Use AI agents to plan the most efficient routes and research and compare the best flights, hotels, ground transport, visas and work permits for artists and crew. Build day sheets and run sheets that update instantly when plans change.
Build event budgets, capacity plans and financial projections.
- Use AI to build budgets and P&L models, run "what if" scenarios on ticket price, capacity and costs, and forecast sales.
Financials & Admin
Manage deposits, settlements, expenditure tracking and event P&Ls.
- Have AI reconcile invoices, receipts and payouts against budget, flag overspend early, and prepare settlement sheets.
Follow up on third-party quotes and invoices; manage expense reports and contracts.
- Send AI agents to request, chase and compare quotes for:
- sound, lights, LED, staging and backline
- security and staffing
- décor, printing and merch
- photographers, videographers and production writers
- AI also extracts data from invoices and receipts for expense reports.
Build systems and templates that make booking, budgeting and reporting repeatable; run post-event evaluations.
- Build reusable AI workflows and prompts for each stage of a show, and use AI to turn sales, attendance and feedback data into post-event reports and lessons.
Marketing, Ticketing & Sellouts
Own the marketing for your shows end-to-end so every show sells out.
- Plan city-specific ad campaigns with AI (targeting, budget split, timing and messaging for each market) and work with marketing to generate AI creatives, reels and copy for each show.
Sell TixMojo, our in-house ticketing platform, to event organisers.
- Use AI to find and research organisers, write personalised pitches and prepare demos.
Pitch tickets and sponsorship via call, email and SMS/WhatsApp.
- Use AI to identify likely sponsors, build tailored sponsorship decks, and send personalised outreach at scale.
Collaborate with influencers, promoters and industry partners to help sell out shows.
- Use AI to find the right influencers and promoters in each city and track who actually sells tickets.
Manage the full grant lifecycle: find, pitch, write, win, deliver and report.
- Use AI to find grants, check eligibility, and draft proposals and reports to each funder's criteria.
Platform & Data
Help lead development of our AI-powered event management platform, automating event work end-to-end.
- Work with our engineers to design, test and improve the AI agents producers use: quotes, bookings, travel, budgets and settlements.
Maintain our talent and market database city by city, tracking which shows, genres and languages perform in every market.
- Use AI to collect, clean and update this data automatically and surface insights for future bookings.
Remote, On-Site & Logistics
Project-manage end-to-end logistics for your events: staffing, technical and logistics suppliers, production and venue operations.
- Use AI to build production schedules, crew lists, stage plots and venue layout mock-ups, and to prepare risk, weather, permit and licence checklists for each city.
Source vendor quotes and provide remote support across event countries and time zones.
- Use AI agents to find and contact vendors in each city, translate where needed, and keep everyone updated across time zones.
What We're Looking For
- Daily, hands-on use of AI tools and agents for research, planning, booking and content. In the interview, we'll ask you to show us how you'd use AI to plan a show.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in live music/comedy booking, event production, venue booking, promoting, artist management or client servicing (as a venue booker, agent, promoter or assistant, gained professionally, independently or through grassroots/DIY work)
- Experience across all aspects of producing a show: booking/buying, marketing, production and settlement
- Ability to run a tour end-to-end: finding venues, routing, scheduling and executing across a city or country
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and confidence building and tracking event budgets
- Working knowledge of lighting, sound and AV as used in live events
- Wide knowledge of Indian and international artists, DJs, comedians and entertainers, with genuine engagement in pop culture and emerging talent
- Comfortable selling and pitching a product or service to clients and organisers
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Comfortable working with data to track and improve outcomes
- Genuine interest in music, comedy, pop culture and live entertainment
Some travel and work across international time zones may be required.
One More Thing
"It's not my job" isn't part of our vocabulary. We stuff envelopes. For a fake shaadi, we sourced every costume and element an Indian baraat needs, then found musicians in another country and briefed them on the songs and instruments so it went off seamlessly. We make mistakes, and we learn from them.
