Grow Your Staff is hiring a Live Broadcast Operator to support a US-based creative production and digital marketing company. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the US.
Experience required: 3-6 years
Time: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)
Salary: INR 10-15 LPA

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming live video feeds using Restream and other streaming platforms.
- Operate multi-camera live broadcasts by switching between camera angles while ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted streaming experience.
- Coordinate with on-ground production teams and provide clear communication during live broadcasts.
- Monitor live chat and relay important viewer questions, requests, or concerns to the field team.
- Ensure uninterrupted live streaming throughout the entire broadcast.
- Manage stream ingestion from field broadcasting equipment and verify stream health before and during broadcasts.
- Support live productions across platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and similar streaming services.
- Troubleshoot basic streaming and broadcast issues to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail during long live sessions.
- Adapt quickly to changing production requirements and last-minute schedule changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality live production standards are consistently maintained.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in live streaming, broadcast operations, video production, or a similar role.
- Experience with Restream, live stream ingestion, and multi-camera broadcast operations.
- Experience working with OBS Studio (Open Broadcaster Software) is required.
- Familiarity with live-streaming platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, and similar platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable computer capable of supporting long-duration live broadcasts.
