About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT & Bitrix24 Developer who will take ownership of developing, customizing, and maintaining our Bitrix24 CRM and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM automation, API integrations, custom module development, and overall IT systems support to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Development & Automation (Bitrix24):
- Customize Bitrix24 modules including CRM, tasks, workflows, and automation rules
- Develop and manage custom apps, bots, and integrations within Bitrix24 using REST API and webhooks
- Implement and optimize automation processes across departments (sales, operations, finance, guest relations)
- Maintain data structure, access permissions, and user roles
System Integration & IT Support:
- Integrate Bitrix24 with third-party platforms (Guesty, Stripe, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ensure seamless communication between booking platforms and internal systems
- Manage backups, security policies, and system performance
- Provide technical support to team members and resolve IT-related issues
Reporting & Analysis:
- Create custom dashboards and reports to track KPIs across departments
- Implement data tracking for lead generation, revenue, and operational tasks
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads to gather requirements and deliver IT solutions
- Document development work, processes, and SOPs
- Stay updated with emerging trends in CRM and property tech solutions
