Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find an Insights Analyst to join our Acquisitions (Network) Team. Is this your next opportunity?

The Insight Analyst is responsible for supporting the growth and optimisation of our Digital Network, which comprises 100+ social media channels and 8 Fast channels that sit across several genres and on various digital platforms as well as our SVOD platform, History Hit. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in analysing performance data, identifying trends, and assisting in shaping content and acquisition strategies across diverse platforms.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Develop and maintain regular performance dashboards and reports for YouTube, FAST & SVOD platforms to inform internal teams and content providers.
• Build and develop reports to aid with operational and editorial decisions and ad-hoc requests.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics across YouTube, FAST, and SVOD platforms, generating actionable insights for channel management and content acquisition.
• Analyse pipeline data to identify gaps, opportunities, and alignment with audience trends and platform needs, while maintaining and updating the content pipeline report to ensure accurate tracking of current, upcoming, and prospective content.
• Analyse current trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to help inform and support content strategies.
• Work with the Acquisition team to ensure a smooth running of the department, including assisting in the financial analysis of deals through content valuation and recoupment tracking.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

• We are seeking an individual with an analytical mindset, a solutions-oriented approach, and a keen interest in data analytics, considering the variety of platforms we utilise.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and Google Suite skills.
• Experience of working with complex data sets and delivering meaningful insights.
• A solid understanding of the television and digital media landscape, including VOD and SVOD rights, is essential.
• Knowledge of YouTube CMS, proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker) or experience with FAST platform analytics beneficial.
