Description


Join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to providing guests with memorable dining experiences. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Level I - F&B Attendant

  • Service food and beverage customers with products and records orders.
  • Take orders and enter orders into the system, collect and record payments.

Level II - F&B Attendant - Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Prepare wines, cocktails and other liquor for guests and servers according to established policy.
  • Prepare all standard and nonstandard alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes.
  • Take orders and enter orders into the system, collect and record payments.

Additional Duties:

  • Act as a cashier for Beverage Servers as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of counter and food service area at all times.
  • Clean assigned service area and restock bar supplies as needed.
  • Relay all guest complaints / compliments to supervisor; promotes positive public relations.
  • Make accurate changes to customers for payments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free environment within the area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Level I - Some prior experience in food service preferred (fast food, etc.)
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Have or obtain Washington State Food Workers Card
  • Have or obtain Current Class 12 Mixologist permit (Level II Attendants only).
  • Have or obtain Bartender Training and/or 6-months previous bartender experience (Level II Attendants only).
