About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled React.js Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React, Redux, and modern frontend technologies. You'll work in a collaborative, agile environment delivering high-performance, responsive solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. Manage application state using Redux to ensure optimal performance. Leverage React lifecycle methods and Hooks effectively. Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration. Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend development using React.js. Strong understanding of React lifecycle, functional components, and React Hooks. Proficiency in Redux for state management. Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS. Solid grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles. Experience with version control tools like Git. Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Nice to Have: Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with testing libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, etc. Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
