Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager at Litmos, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap for our next-generation learning platform. You will work closely with our engineering, design, and customer success teams to understand customer needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation - Collaborating with the engineering team to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and ensure on-time delivery - Communicating the product vision, roadmap, and key milestones to cross-functional stakeholders - Defining and tracking key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy - Representing the voice of the customer and advocating for their needs within the organization
