Lexantra Services LLP is a growing legal outsourcing firm providing high-quality litigation and paralegal support services to law firms across the United States. We work closely with attorneys and legal teams to deliver efficient, accurate, and deadline-driven legal support solutions.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Litigation Support Paralegal who has strong knowledge of U.S. legal procedures and prior experience working with U.S.-based law firms or legal outsourcing companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between U.S. law firm clients and Lexantra Services.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, case managers, clients, and legal staff via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Convert litigation leads into active clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand client requirements, legal workflows, and case-related instructions in detail.
- Independently handle litigation support tasks when required.
- Assign and distribute work to Junior Litigation Paralegals based on case requirements and deadlines.
- Review completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with client expectations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior paralegals and support staff.
- Coordinate with U.S. law firms regarding case updates, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Be available for client meetings, onboarding sessions, and training calls according to U.S. client schedules and time zones when required.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, medical summaries, demand letters, deposition summaries, and case files.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive legal information.
- Ensure timely completion of assignments and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Litigation Support, Paralegal Services, or Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO).
- Strong understanding of U.S. legal terminology, litigation procedures, and legal documentation.
- Prior experience working with U.S. law firms, attorneys, or legal outsourcing companies is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead teams and manage junior staff effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with client handling and professional communication.
- Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, legal software, and case management tools.
- Flexible to work in shifts aligned with U.S. time zones when necessary.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Medical Records Review, or Case Management.
- Experience in client intake and lead conversion.
- Leadership and training experience will be considered a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
