Our client a Manufacturing company is looking to hire for a Litigation & Dispute Resolution professional with 7–9 years of PQE to handle commercial litigation, recovery suits, Section 138 NI Act matters, writs, and corporate legal work. Looking for strong drafting, court appearance, and matter-management experience, preferably from a litigation firm/practice background.
