Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Lawyer role based in Greater Kailash. The Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal representation and counsel across criminal and civil litigation cases. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, offering strategic legal advice, handling negotiations, and staying up-to-date with legislative changes relevant to clientele. The role also involves close collaboration with clients ensuring their legal needs are met with expertise and precision.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Law and Legal Issues with expertise in offering Legal Advice.
- Proficiency in navigating Courts, including trial preparation, filing appeals, and managing court procedures.
- Excellent Negotiation skills to facilitate settlements and agreements.
- Relevant legal qualifications and admission to practice law.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in handling complex legal cases.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients.
- Prior experience in litigation is highly advantageous.
