· Is a graduate of a reputed law school.
· Has 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
· Has exposure to banking practice, company law matters, and employment law.
· is willing to do both transactional and litigation practice.
· Is self-motivated, proactive, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
· Demonstrates confidence, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
· Is eager to contribute to the firm's growth while working closely with clients and colleagues.
