Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Litigation Associate with 0-1 year experience.
The Litigation Associate will handle legal research, drafting and represent clients in court proceedings. The role also involves assisting with case preparation, filing legal documents, collaborating with senior attorneys, and managing case details across litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge and experience in handling legal cases
- Proven skills in drafting, legal documents, and pleadings
- Ability to conduct thorough legal Research and prepare succinct memoranda
- Familiarity with the functioning of different Courts and litigation procedures
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in communication and client-handling
- Bar council membership and relevant legal qualifications required
- Experience in intellectual property and general law practices is an advantage
