Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Associate located in Mumbai. The Litigation Associate will handle tasks such as drafting motions, conducting legal research, assisting with depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires close collaboration with legal teams and clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards, as well as thorough case preparation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, including a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
- Skills in drafting motions and preparing related legal documentation
- Expertise in legal research and case evaluation
- Experience(1-4 years) with depositions and related litigation processes
- Familiarity with court procedures and client representation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; an LLM is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
