Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate at Rane-Pingle Law Chambers, located in the Pune Division. The Litigation Associate will collaborate closely with clients and senior attorneys to provide legal representation in technology-related disputes, including cybersecurity, data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, preparing case strategies, attending court hearings, and advising clients on legal disputes and preventative measures. The role requires maintaining a proactive approach to client needs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Experience in litigation processes, court procedures, and client counseling
- Understanding of technology law, data privacy, intellectual property, and cybersecurity regulations
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with Indian laws and regulations, including IT law, GDPR, and emerging trends in digital offenses
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) required; additional certifications in technology or data privacy laws are an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple cases effectively and work in a dynamic, client-focused environment
