Pramah Lawmen, is looking for a sharp, driven, and courtroom-ready Litigation Counsel to join our team. This role offers a dynamic mix of litigation and advisory (non-litigation) work.
🔹 Role Overview
As a Litigation Counsel, you will be responsible for managing disputes across civil, commercial, and regulatory forums, representing clients, and driving litigation strategy from initiation through resolution. In addition, the role involves handling non-litigation responsibilities, including drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting negotiations, and advising on legal risk and compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and vetting of pleadings, applications, notices, and legal opinions
• Representing clients before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities
• Managing end-to-end litigation lifecycle, including filings, hearings, and compliance
• Conducting legal research and building case strategy
• Handling pre-litigation advisory, dispute resolution, and settlement structuring
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Advise clients on legal risks, compliance, and structuring of transactions
🔹 Preferred Experience & Skills
• 3–6 years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills
• Experience in civil, commercial, and corporate disputes
• Ability to independently handle matters and court appearances
• Detail-oriented with strong research capabilities
