Role Overview:
We are looking for a litigation professional with strong experience in civil and commercial matters. The role involves handling end-to-end litigation, including drafting, court appearances, and client advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing civil and commercial litigation matters
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notices
- Appearing before courts/tribunals and assisting senior counsel
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
- Client interaction and advisory
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of relevant litigation experience
- Strong drafting and research skills
- Prior experience with a reputed law firm preferred
