Looking for a fresher or 6 months to 1 year experience advocate who is willing to make career in core litigation.
Someone who has experience and interest in civil & commercial litigation and cheque bounce matters as well as consumer matters
Our requirements are as below
5 Years LLB from Tier 1 Law College
6 months to 1 year experience of court representation, court arguments
Basic Procedural Exposure of filing, PF & RC etc
Experience Of Civil Suits, Commercial Suits, Cheque Bounce & Arbitration Matters And Consumer Matters
Presence In South Mumbai and native to Mumbai
AIBE Is Mandatory
This is for a full time position based in Mumbai itself for catering to Mumbai clients.
