The Data Scientist will focus on inventory and personalization, influencing which books enter the collection and how they reach children. Responsibilities include developing and deploying machine learning models to optimize inventory decisions, personalize book selections for schools, and predict inventory movement. This is a full-stack data science position where the individual will own problems from ideation through production and validation, building solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
