Job Description

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive sales for Litemed's noninvasive pain relief devices. This role requires a strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of success in the healthcare or medical device industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Digital Marketing Planning:
    • Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with Litemed's business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance against goals.
    • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Digital Advertising & SEM:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
    • Manage display advertising, targeting, and other paid media campaigns.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and execute a social media strategy to build brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and drive traffic.
    • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content.
    • Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
    • Manage social media advertising campaigns.
  • Content Marketing & SEO:
    • Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics).
    • Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
    • Ensure all content is medically accurate and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Email Marketing & CRM:
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • Manage email lists and segmentation.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and personalize marketing messages.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Generate regular reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
    • Utilize data to optimize all aspects of the digital marketing strategy.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and development teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
    • Communicate digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
    • Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with healthcare regulatory rules.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.

Requirements
