About the role

Position Description: The Healthcare Device Advisor will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our products and services. This role requires a proactive, empathetic approach and a thorough understanding of our offerings. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and the opportunity to develop your skills in customer relations and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in navigating our platform and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Educate customers about new features, updates, and services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing customer interactions.
  • Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing/ completed a degree in Biology, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
