Role Overview

The Listing Executive will manage end‑to‑end product listings across multiple online platforms, including leading marketplaces and D2C channels. This role is critical to ensuring accurate cataloging, high‑quality content, strong discoverability, and optimized product pages that drive conversion and click‑through rates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end product listing activities across marketplaces and D2C platforms including Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Shopify, and quick‑commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and complete cataloging—product titles, descriptions, attributes, images, pricing, and inventory alignment.
  • Create and manage A+ / enhanced content, brand stores, and rich media elements to improve product experience and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize product titles, descriptions, backend keywords, and metadata for better discoverability.
  • Operate and manage platform seller portals efficiently, ensuring timely uploads, edits, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor listing performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, impressions, and visibility to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Proactively track and resolve catalog issues, suppressions, and listing errors, driving continuous catalog improvement.
  • Work closely with category, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistency in brand communication and campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on platform guidelines, listing norms, and content best practices across marketplaces.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce cataloging, listing operations, or marketplace management.
  • Hands-on exposure to marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and D2C platforms such as Shopify is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and content performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of seller portals, catalog health dashboards, and listing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs simultaneously.
