🧠 About the Role
We are looking for empathetic and emotionally intelligent Listeners who can provide non-clinical emotional support to users through chat, voice calls, and video calls.
This role is ideal for people who enjoy listening, supporting others, and creating a safe, judgment-free space.
⚠️ This is
not a therapy or counselling role. No diagnosis or medical advice is involved.
💬 Responsibilities
- Actively listen to users with empathy and patience
- Provide emotional support via:
- 💬 Chat
- 📞 Audio Calls
- 🎥 Video Calls
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Follow communication and ethical guidelines
- Create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment
💰 Compensation (Performance-Based)
Earnings are calculated per minute of interaction:
- 💬 Chat: ₹3 per minute
- 📞 Call: ₹5 per minute
- 🎥 Video Call: ₹10 per minute
📌 No fixed salary — earnings depend on time spent with users

✅ Eligibility & Skills
- Age: 18+
- Education: Any background
- Strong listening & communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and emotional maturity
- Basic English required (Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus)
- Smartphone / Laptop with stable internet
👉 Psychology or social-work background is a plus, but not mandatory
📄 Mandatory Application Requirements (Important)
