<strong>ABOUT OUR AGENCY:<br></strong>I opened my agency in 1990 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a legislative assistant. Growing up in an insurance family—my father was an agent as well—I saw firsthand the opportunity this career offers and knew I wanted to build something of my own.<br><br>I have three adult sons, and outside of the office I enjoy staying active. I’m an avid hiker and even hiked Mount Kilimanjaro last year—an experience that reflects the kind of challenge and perseverance I value both personally and professionally.<br><br>I’m very involved in the community. My golden retriever and I volunteer at schools and hospitals, and I also spend time teaching English to Spanish speakers and mentoring children from single-parent homes. Giving back and making a difference is an important part of who I am.<br>Our agency offers health insurance after 90 days, Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, work-life balance, external coaching, and ongoing team training. I also provide lunch during team meetings as a way to bring everyone together and stay connected.<br><br>This is a sales-focused environment, and I’m looking for someone who is driven, competitive, and motivated by performance. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. <br><br>Grow your career as you better your community. <li>Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.</li>
<li>Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.</li>
<li>Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.</li>
<li>Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and <strong>sell</strong> policies to both cold and warm leads.</li>
</ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.</li>
<li>Leadership and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting sales targets.</li>
<li>Willingness to engage in sales conversations.</li>
