About the role
This role is responsible for managing workspace booking requests from key LiquidSpace clients seeking space in India. The individual will be tasked with finding and securing suitable workspaces, ensuring a seamless booking process, and maintaining daily tracking of their work. As an essential LiquidSpace function, concierge booking services serve a crucial function in helping LiquidSpace operate more efficiently and deliver timely service within the India timezone.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process workspace booking requests from key LiquidSpace clients accurately and quickly.
Use workspace provider portals to confirm availability and secure reservations.
Research and recommend alternative workspaces, when appropriate, based on client needs.
Maintain detailed records of bookings and track daily activities.
Collaborate with internal LiquidSpace teams to improve booking efficiency and client satisfaction.
Provide timely updates and reports on booking trends and issues within the India region.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, or a similar role.
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with online booking systems, spreadsheets, and email communication.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple booking requests efficiently.
Excellent written skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
Prior experience in reservations, coworking spaces, or real estate is a plus but not required.
