About the Role


As an IT Specialist at Liquidity Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing our global technology infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of our hardware, software, and network systems, enabling our teams to deliver cutting-edge financial solutions. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced fintech environment


Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Liquidity leadership and others in maximizing the operational effectiveness of the end-user experience
  • Purchase, configure, install, and maintain all office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT peripherals
  • Follow and build standard IT procedures, log all IT interactions
  • Create and maintain SLAs, technical documentation, and end-user training & knowledge base
  • Ensure user compliance with company security protocols and procedures
  • Provide IT support to all Liquidity employees, worldwide
  • Liaise with vendors and team members for problem resolution
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory, manage IT procurement
  • Conference room troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Support IT projects, deploy new IT systems and services, and define, design, and implement technology solutions


Requirements


  • 5+ years’ experience in managing IT
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience - a significant advantage
  • Motivation to grow, learn, and think outside the box
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Problem-solving skills in a complex technical environment
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic work environment
  • Service- and people-oriented - Advantage
  • Experience at a global company - Advantage
