This role is ideal for a marketing professional eager to make a significant impact in a startup environment, utilizing digital tools and innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and support our portfolio companies.​ Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate Lionchase's brand presence. Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to drive engagement and reach target audiences. Collaborate with portfolio companies to support their marketing efforts and align strategies. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Build and manage a marketing team as the company scales.​ Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the private equity or startup sectors. Strong understanding of branding, content creation, and social media engagement. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.​ Compensation This is an equity-based position.
