We are seeking experienced Linux and Windows Administrators with strong expertise in ITSM (ServiceNow), automation, and enterprise infrastructure support. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in managing large-scale environments, performing advanced troubleshooting, and driving automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Linux (RHEL 7/8/9) and/or Windows Server environments
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues
- Execute ServiceNow operations (Incident, Change, Task management, Vulnerability Remediation)
- Implement automation and configuration management using Ansible
- Develop scripts for automation using Bash, Python, Perl, and PowerShell
- Support patching and vulnerability remediation (RHSA, Satellite, BigFix)
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab for automation delivery
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware vCenter, Nutanix AHV)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance
- Support AIOps initiatives and auto-remediation to reduce incident volumes
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
Linux-Specific Skills:
- Strong experience in RHEL 7, 8, 9 administration
- Expertise in command-line operations and system tuning
- Knowledge of patching, security, and performance optimization
Windows-Specific Skills:
- Strong experience in Windows Server administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
- Experience in OS upgrades, server builds, and template creation
Common Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM + Vulnerability Remediation)
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Experience in cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, Azure Arc)
- Knowledge of enterprise hardware (Cisco UCS, Dell)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AIOps and auto-remediation frameworks
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Additional Notes:
- Candidates can be Linux-focused or Windows-focused, with strong ITSM experience
- Experience in enterprise-scale environments is mandatory
