Job Role: Linux Multimedia Engineer - GStreamer / OpenMAX
Work Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop multimedia pipelines using GStreamer and OpenMAX
- Work on Linux-based systems for multimedia processing and integration
- Develop and optimize components for video, audio, camera, or display
- Debug system-level issues related to multimedia frameworks
- Optimize latency, throughput, and performance
- Collaborate with hardware, BSP, and application teams
- Support integration, testing, and validation
Essential Experience & Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in multimedia or embedded systems development
- Strong proficiency in C programming
- Hands-on experience with GStreamer and OpenMAX
- Experience in at least one domain: video, audio, camera, or display
- Strong understanding of Linux-based system development
- Experience in debugging and performance tuning
