Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Linux, Windows, and basic knowledge of cloud or VMware technologies. Experience with databases is optional but considered a plus.
Must have skill : Linux & containerization (Docker, Kubernetes L2 level) ,VMware
Good to have skill : Devops tools like Ansible/Terraform/Python & Azure administration
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Linux and Windows environments.
- Assist with cloud or VMware infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in IT support or related fields.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies or VMware.
- Optional: Experience with databases.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA, Microsoft, VMware) are advantageous but optional
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
